WHat is the NXT GEN Retreat?
This is a private-invite retreat for 250+ of the most diverse and dynamic young leaders from across the country. If you've been invited to this summit, it means God's given you a platform, a voice, and some form of influence at a very young age. It also means you’re constantly pouring out, but maybe not always getting poured into.
We can’t do this without Him, and we can’t do this without each other. So we’ve asked several leaders to pour into us as we are striving to lead well, love well, and finish well. Come ready to meet new friends, learn from key voices, and be renewed in God’s call on your life.

The meetings and accommodations for the Nxt Gen West retreat will be hosted at Winshape Retreat at Mt. Berry (2277 Martha Berry Hwy. NW MT. Berry, GA).
You can stay off-site, but it will not change the registration cost, and you will be responsible for coordinating your transportation to and from the retreat center.

You are responsible for your transportation to the retreat. The nearest large airport, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), is located 1 hour and 40 minutes from the retreat center. Chattanooga Airport (CHA), a smaller regional airport, is 1 hour and 20 minutes away.
Our time together will begin with check-in at 2:30 on Monday, August 16, and conclude at 11:30 AM on Wednesday, August 18, so please book flights accordingly. If you have any questions about transportation, please email info@qideas.org.

The Nxt Gen Retreats are for high-caliber young Christians living out a faithful witness wherever God has called them. We believe when Christian leaders from all eight channels of cultural influence—arts and entertainment, media, business, education, government, science & technology, church, and the social sector— come together, truly remarkable things can happen.

Because we have limited space, and we want everyone to get the most out of this gathering, if you plan to miss more than a half-day, we ask that you attend next year.

The dress code for this retreat is casual. Please dress how you feel most comfortable, but know that most people tend to dress up for main sessions, dinners, and experiences. Make sure to pack athletic clothing for free time, a swimsuit if you'd like to swim and your bible. We will provide a journal, pen for note-taking, and all bedding and linens.

Plan to arrive at the retreat center at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, August 16, to get settled in and for our welcome reception.

We would love for married couples to experience the Nxt Gen Retreat together but ask that no kids attend this event.
Please note: you will need to purchase an additional ticket for your spouse. We have limited lodging available for married couples. If you have any questions about lodging, please email info@qideas.org.

Yes, all speakers will be with us in person!

With your registration fee, you will receive lodging, all meals and drinks, five sessions focused on critical cultural conversations, time to connect with 200 young leaders, and a gift bag. You are responsible for airline travel and travel to and from The Oaks.
